In the Store

We want to assure you that we are taking every precaution to protect both our customers and our employees. All our staff wear masks in the store, and wash or sanitize their hands frequently, and high-touch surfaces are regularly cleaned.  

Shop At Home

We have recently rebuilt our web site and are continuously working on expanding it, to make it easier for you to review our products and services from home rather than having to come in to the showroom. Right now there is just a small sampling of products in each category online, but we will be expanding that and adding more over time.

We cannot offer online ordering at this time, because prices are variable, changing frequently over time and also with the size and scale of installation jobs. But we will happily take orders over the phone or via e-mail. Please contact us via the form at the bottom of this page for more information.

Design Consultations

Normally, we are happy to send one of our interior design experts to your home or office to meet with you and discuss your needs, and bring a customized selection of samples for you to review in the safety and privacy of your own home — this is also a good way to avoid having to go out and meet in a public space. But of course, public health regulations and recommendations vary depending on the Covid-19 numbers, and visiting our customers in their homes, even masked and distanced, may not always be allowed, nor is every customer comfortable with that option.

We are very open to finding other ways to meet with you, and can consult over the phone, or arrange a video call so that we can show you flooring samples without having to meet in person, or deliver the samples to you with no direct contact. Installation, Renovations and Repairs

We offer a variety of installation and repair services, as well as full renovation and remodelling. When our flooring installers and other workers go out to client sites, they are provided with masks and hand sanitizer, and instructed on safety for your protection. 

There may be times when public health regulations do not allow in-person work at your home to be done, and we will of course abide by the law in that case, and schedule your installation or renovation for after the lockdown lifts.

Contactless Delivery

We are happy to arrange contactless delivery for contractors, DIYers, and others ordering flooring that they intend to install themselves, as well as for area rugs and flooring samples. Please contact us via the form at the bottom of this page to find out more.
