About Engineered Hardwood
Engineered hardwood is a type of wood flooring created in layers — a hardwood veneer on top, and beneath that, multiple layers of wood laminated together for strength. Engineered hardwood does not expand and contract as much as solid hardwood, nor require a plywood subfloor.
